Stay active through out a day, exercise should be according to your age and health conditions.

Perfect time to build foundation for strong muscle and bones.

Exercise with Resistance Band.
(30 to 45 minutes daily and
4 to 5 times a week)
After 70 Yr's
Aim to more Balanced and Functional Strong Muscles.
